Halo Luxe provides ongoing private nurse oversight and care for clients who need consistent, reliable care- not just occasional visits. For example: people managing chronic health conditions.
Each visit is tailored to help reduce hospital readmissions, ER visits, improve daily management, and provide peace of mind for patients and their families in the privacy of the clients home, with collaboration with the clients MD when necessary. Monthly, bi-weekly or weekly packages available.
